About Us

Nalanda Dnyan Mandir was established in 1968 and was originally registered (as per Reg. no. F2245 and BOM 125/71GBBSD) with the Charity Commissioner, Mumbai as Public Trust in the year 1971. It is located at P/12, Veer Jijamata Nagar, Dr. E Moses road, Worli, Mumbai 18, in its own premises a 2 room space admeasuring area of 500 sq. feet.

The Center boasts of a membership of over 100 members. The trust has a governing body of 11 members (of which 5 are women) it will be soon revised to 15 members. For the past 50 years, the Center has been working for the cultural, educational, social, economic, and ideological development, including health of the underprivileged communities in locality of Worli and its vicinity, and thus will remain committed for its overall upliftment.
